• A sincere desire to recover from addiction is paramount.
• You will need to be sober and detoxed before entering the home. 
• You will need to be employed, or secure employment within 2 weeks of entering home.  (Attending college full time constitutes w/ working full time, must maintain a 2.5 GPA or above-with proof made available to home Manager)
• You will be required to have a Sponsor within 10 days of move in.
• You will be required to attend at least three recovery/outside meetings per week. 
• If just out of treatment, Aftercare must be attended for your first 90 days at Serenity Recovery Homes. (This is a requirement if your previous treatment center offers aftercare in Austin or Dallas Texas).
• You will be required to participate in a weekly random drug screen program.
• You will be required to be clean dressed and maintain a neat appearance. This includes; haircuts and facial trimming where applicable.  “Sagging” is not acceptable in our environment at any time!

Rent Requirements:

Make checks or money orders payable to:  Serenity Recovery Homes, INC.   Note:  First month rent is non-refundable.  1st month payment and fee must be in form of Money order or cashier check.

$460.00 (rent) ~ $150.00 (Processing/Application Fee) – Dallas, Texas

Note:  Serenity Recovery Homes does not accept “Deposits” – All fees are not refundable.

Serenity Recovery Homes Provides:

• A computer with online access for use by all home members.
• Furnished bedrooms and cable television in each room.
• Personal life presentations and ‘Serenity Theater’, in home meetings, individual self-improvement sessions, special outings retreats; amusement park visits.
• Sheets, comforters and pillows, for use while living in the home.
• Dishes, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, paper hand towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and bleach for use while living in the home.
